2022 AFC Champions League final, Asia’s prestigious annual club football competition, kicked off in May at Saitama Stadium 2002 in Kantō, Japan. The event drew top-division football talent from across the Asian continent. Pico executed a comprehensive event activation plan. Aiming to enhance the overall fan experience as well as the event’s global profile, the plan encompassed stadium branding, entertainment, ceremony and prize presentation management, as well as production of podium and stage.

The Tokyo event – held in Tokyo’s trendy Omotesando shopping district – was themed HyperCity and explored cultural phenomena in search of what it means to live in a metropolitan city.
Pico supported the artists and performers, provided the venue search, fabrication services, signage, electricity, AV, water supply and drainage, as well as interpretation services, catering, security, operations management and the opening ceremony.
In October 2018, Lynk & Co held a stylish event in Tokyo, Japan – the launch of their new vehicle model, the 03, at the awesome Fuji International Speedway race track.
Our primary objective was to deliver an impressive launch and press event to show the audience how the new model and the brand are differentiated from their competitors.
Responsible for design, fabrication, installation and project management, the Pico team leveraged our creativity and powerful execution abilities to deliver an incredible event that awed the senses of the 600 guests.
The tense final match of the AFC Champions League 2017 was held at Saitama Stadium on 25 November 2017. Pico activated the branding for venue and provided decorations and a variety of other services for the opening ceremony, the awards ceremony and hospitality rooms at the venue.
